Meet the baker behind the crumbs

I’m the baker and founder behind Crumb + Dough Co., a small-batch cottage bakery based in Maryland!

My love for baking goes beyond simply creating something sweet. It’s about the joy of making something from scratch, bringing people together, and turning ingredients into something memorable. I discovered my true passion for baking during COVID, when I found myself spending more time in the kitchen, experimenting with recipes, and falling in love with the art of baking. What started as a hobby soon became something I knew I wanted to pursue. With a background in Pastry Arts, I’ve spent time developing my skills, experimenting with flavors, and finding creative ways to put my own spin on classic favorites.

At Crumb + Dough Co., you’ll find a little bit of everything, from nostalgic baked goods and indulgent cookies to sourdough-inspired treats made with love. I believe the best baked goods are the ones that make you slow down, savor the moment, and maybe reach for just one more.

This little bakery was built on passion, creativity, and a whole lot of love. From developing recipes to preparing each order, I put care and thought into everything I create, always hoping to make something that brings a little extra joy to someone’s day.
